Who’s got her second kid in school now after three months of maternity leave and six months of being half caretaker half fit-a-full-time-job-into-a-part-time-schedule person? THIS LADY. And I’m finally feeling human again! As if that were not gift enough, I have discovered a new Fun Thing, that I’m officially dubbing “Big Lunch Little Lunch.” Honestly, Planetbox should just add me to the payroll.
Here are my boys’ lunches for baby’s first week.
82. Roasted eggplant with za’atar, spiced chickpeas, pears, & a fresh salad for Simon (cucumber, tomato, radish, bell pepper, parsley & cilantro, lemon vinaigrette)83.
