Today’s leftovers-for-lunch box included grilled shrimp, squash, and salad (spinach, carrots, cucumbers, vinaigrette), plus ‘cado chunks, strawberries, & pomegranate to fill the extra holes.
Know that I know this is an ambitious lunch for a toddler. Next time, I’ll snap a picture of what it looks like when it comes home so we can all commiserate about heaps of uneaten food. My philosophy, though, is that in the long run, exposure + persistence will win me a child that eats things. Fingers crossed.
