The “Q” is for quick

Here’s something we do probably once a week for dinner, when we have to throw something good together quick.  There are never complaints.  In fact this is often asked for, and for weekend lunches too.

Just a slice of bread, toasted or not, sliced avocado piled on, then a little salt and black pepper.  Bright, barely-steamed broccoli around the edges.  Leggo ship optional.Q

    That is easily my boys favorite go-to dinner and weekend lunch of all time….starting at age 1 and continues today. It one of my favorites as well!!
