Instead of plain old oats, we tried this recipe recently and thought it was a great way to sneak in some quinoa. The cool part of this recipe is that you can cook the night before and reheat. Genius!! You could also try to adapt it to the overnight rice-cooker method. Thought it was perfect for Central Eats!
